Sandy Hills Information Security Financial Integrations

End-user license agreement

Effective September 9, 2026. Between you and Sandy Hills Information Security (“Licensor”). Contact: [email protected].

1. The software

Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to connect your QuickBooks Online company to Licensor’s private accounting integration, including use of an AI assistant that acts only on authorized instructions. This is not an Intuit product and is not sold on the QuickBooks App Store unless Licensor later lists it.

2. Authorization

By connecting, you represent that you may authorize access to that QuickBooks company. You allow Licensor to access and update QuickBooks data as described in the privacy policy, solely for bookkeeping for that company.

3. Your responsibilities

You remain responsible for the accuracy of the books, tax filings, and any entries posted through the integration. Review AI-proposed changes before relying on them. You must comply with Intuit’s terms for QuickBooks Online. Intuit trademarks belong to Intuit. This agreement does not bind Intuit.

4. Restrictions

You may not reverse engineer the integration, use it to access companies you do not control, or use QuickBooks data for any purpose other than the authorized bookkeeping work.

5. Termination

You may disconnect at any time. Licensor may suspend access if the connection is misused or if Intuit revokes API access. On disconnect, API tokens are revoked as described on the disconnect page.

6. Disclaimer and liability

The integration is provided “as is” for Licensor’s private accounting use. Licensor is not liable for lost profits, tax penalties, or indirect damages arising from its use, except where the law does not allow that limit. Nothing here limits liability for willful misconduct.

7. Law

North Carolina law governs, excluding conflict-of-law rules. If a term is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
